Eligibility for Shipping Addresses Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. (Orders to these addresses cannot be shipped via any express methods.)
Order Processing
- Weekday Orders: Orders placed from Monday to Friday will be shipped within 24 hours.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within 48 hours. If you have specific requirements or instructions, please leave a note during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
- Express Shipping: After placing your order and upon completion of the shipment, it typically takes 2-3 working days for the delivery via express shipping.

Standard and International Shipping:
- US: Most orders arrive within 5-7 working days.
- Canada, EU, and UK: Most orders arrive within 10-14 working days.
- Rest of the World: Delivery can take 7-21 working days.
Shipping Delays and Liability
We are not liable for delays or loss caused by unforeseen circumstances such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, adverse weather conditions, customs clearance delays, etc. In such cases, Chiphylighting will notify customers of the delay and, if possible, arrange a new estimated delivery date. If your delivery has not arrived after 10 business days from the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at sales@chiphylighting.com.
Incorrect Delivery
If your package is delivered to the wrong recipient, please contact our delivery partners or Chiphylighting Customer Support for assistance.
Global Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. We have warehouses in the US, UK, EU, and Canada. Orders from other regions will be shipped directly from our factory in China.
Shipping Charges
While Chiphylighting does not offer free shipping globally, we strive to keep shipping costs reasonable for our customers worldwide. Shipping fees are determined based on the order's weight, dimensions, and destination.
Customers can take advantage of promotional combinations that may offer reductions in shipping costs. Any potential discounts will be applied at checkout, allowing you to optimize your shipping expenses effectively.
For orders outside of promotional offerings, the default shipping fee starts at $19.99. Additional fees may be required depending on the number and weight of the products in your order. We will communicate any extra charges via email prior to shipping your order.
Please note that shipping charges are not waived, but through our promotions, you can achieve more favorable shipping terms.
Customs Duties
Customs duties are covered by us for orders from the US, Canada, UK, and EU countries. For other regions, customs duties should be paid by the customers.
Tracking Your Order
After your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number and the name of the shipping service partner within 1-2 business days, which you can use to track your shipment on the logistics company's website.
Order Pickup
Order pickup is currently available only in the US.
Shipping During Holidays
Orders are processed during holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, please expect longer shipping times based on local carrier schedules.
Unreceived or Lost Items
